For most destinations we provide a standard and express delivery service. Express options are fulfilled by DHL and standard delivery options vary by location.
1. Express Services
- All express services are fulfilled by DHL
- Delivery can be completed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
- Available for all destinations except Argentina
- This service requires a signature
- Transit time varies by destination*:
- Europe - 1-3 working days
- North America: 1-3 working days
- Asia: 2-4 working days
- Africa: 2-4 working days
- South America: 4-6 working days
- Oceania: 4-6 working days

DHL may provide the option to change delivery address or to leave your parcel in a safe place on the day of delivery after shipment. By requesting a change like this you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel and neither Classic Football Company nor DHL can provide a refund or replacement for your purchase in such instances.
2. Standard Services
We work with a number of partners to provide standard delivery services to destinations around the world:
- Royal Mail
- Parcelforce
- Starlinks Global
- Deutsche Post
Delivery times and availability for each will vary by destination, but an accurate and up to date set of options will be available after entering your address but before entering your payment information.
Typically, each of these partners will hand parcels to the local postal service in the destination country to complete delivery.
The tracking for some standard services may take up to 72 hours to update after you have received your dispatch confirmation email.
We don’t currently offer a standard service to South Africa or Venezuela
3. Bulky Shipments
For larger deliveries in Europe we also use DHL’s Economy service. Transit times range between 4 and 6 working days.
A duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of the European Union. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities. Read more about customs charges here.
Delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day, but we cannot change these after your order is placed. Estimated arrival dates can be found in order confirmation emails above the product information - this is the first email we send to you after your order is created. Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to remove or amend these delivery options without notice.
