Your parcel will be transported by DHL Express from our warehouse to Deutsche Post’s International Mail Centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Here it will be injected into Germany’s postal network and forwarded to the destination country where it will be delivered by your national postal service provider. Your tracking number (ending in DE) will only begin to show updates once scanned in Frankfurt. Please allow 72 hours for this to occur. Eg. DHL Express > EU customs > Deutsche Post > La Poste

As Classic Football Co. Ltd. is registered in the IOSS, customers in the EU do not have to pay anything extra to secure a parcel once passed to the destination country’s customs. If you are asked to pay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you.
A duty charge may apply on international purchases outside the European Union. These charges are levied by the local customs authorities in the destination country and we cannot predict their value - nor can we refund or reimburse such costs. In the event these charges are not paid and your parcel is returned to sender, Classic Football Co. Ltd. reserves the right to deduct any extra charges accrued from your refund upon arrival at our warehouse.
Delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day, but we cannot change these after your order is placed. Estimated arrival dates can be found in order confirmation emails above the product information - this is the first email we send to you after your order is created. Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to remove or amend these delivery options without notice.
