Requests & Avoiding Teams
Our Mystery Boxes are curated by our product team with the intention of providing a genuine sense of anticipation and surprise, so we aren’t currently accepting requests.
We have a huge range of items available for individual purchase on the website, so if there’s anything you’re specifically looking for we recommend flicking through the handy categories or using the search bar at the top of the page.
You are welcome to purchase multiple boxes from the same batch, though be aware there is a small possibility you will receive similar items in each.
We hope you're happy with the product we've curated for you, but if not you're welcome to return within 14 days of receipt. All items must be included in their original condition with tags still attached where relevant. This includes all memorabilia and player cards. Refunds and store credit additions will only be processed once your returned parcel has been checked.
We hope the situation never arises, but in the event of an error or problem with a mystery box, please contact us and our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible. The team always responds before 5pm (UK time) the following working day (Mon-Fri), but it's typically sooner.
