We'll do everything possible to amend an address, but will be unable to if the parcel has already been shipped. Please contact us to make a change if your order is still processing or if you are unsure of your parcel's current status.
Please note that updating the default address in your account will not update the address on a processing order.
If there are any inaccuracies in your address, your order will be returned to us by Royal Mail or your chosen courier. This will take longer than a normal delivery though and we will be unable to replace or refund your order until it has arrived back with us.
In the event of loss caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
We will contact you to organise the reshipment of your order once we have received it back, but please get in touch beforehand if you have any queries or concerns.
