We will do our utmost to complete any changes requested but they will only be possible if an order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
Address Changes
We are unable to amend billing addresses once payment has settled but delivery addresses can be updated prior to dispatch.
Default and saved addresses can be updated from within your account dashboard, but please note that such changes will only be reflected on purchases thereafter.
Please ensure shipping details are thoroughly checked before placing an order. We will do our utmost to update addresses if requested but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made before an order is sent.
We will be unable to refund or replace orders shipped to inaccurate delivery addresses unless returned to sender. In the event of loss caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Usually parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are returned to sender by the carrier after a few weeks. At this point we will contact you to organise reshipment.
Product/Size Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if your order hasn't been shipped, but you’re welcome to return if we aren’t able to fulfil a request before dispatch. You can find our return policy and instructions here.
Unfortunately we cannot change products or make additions to processing orders. Please contact us if you wish to cancel a processing order.
Printing
We don't provide a personalisation service, but we can add print or patches to shirts if both the correct print and shirt are purchased in the same order. Please contact us for more information.
Please note that by changing the products in this way, we will be unable to accept a return unless faulty on receipt.
