Orders may be returned to sender for one of more of the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An illegible label, possibly damaged in transit
- Delivery attempted, with redelivery or collection not organized in the time period allocated by the parcel carrier
- Delivery refused by recipient
Once initiated by a parcel carrier we cannot prevent the RTS process. This process is slower than the forward journey and the time it takes to return depends on the location and reason for return.
Returning parcels can take up to 3 weeks to arrive back at our warehouse depending on their intended destination - we will email you to organize reshipment as soon as your parcel is delivered. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements until returning parcels arrive back at our warehouse. In the event of loss during the return journey, we are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders if a parcel has been returned to sender for reasons 1, 3 or 4 listed above.
