Updating a default address will only affect purchases thereafter and will not change the address on processing or shipped orders. If you wish to update the address on a processing order contact us as soon as possible.
Follow the steps below to add, update or remove a default address.
- Login to your account here.
- Select Address Book from the drop down menu at the top of the page - in desktop view this menu will appear on the left side of the page.
- In Address Book you will be able to add and amend delivery and billing addresses.
- In Account Information you will be able to change the account name, email address or password.
