📆 Returns can be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and must be posted within 14 days of your return approval.
🔍 Returned items must unworn, unwashed and be in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. Footwear must be unworn and returned alongside the box and any relevant accessories. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.
🛑 The following items are exempt from these terms and we are unable to accept them back unless faulty:
underwear (inc. undershorts, skins, compression shirts etc.), swimwear, flip flops, bathrobes, towels
🆓 Returns are free for UK customers. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Royal Mail pre-paid postage label and a QR code via email.
Simply scan the QR code at your local Post Office to print and attach the label for free.
There’s no need to include paperwork inside your parcel — the label is linked to your return request, so we’ll know exactly how to process it.
💰 Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or provided as a voucher for future use on our website.
If you choose a voucher, we’ll include the cost of standard delivery to cover free shipping on your next order (excluding returns where free delivery was selected on the original purchase).
Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website and do not expire.
🔃 Unfortunately we cannot currently process exchanges.
⏱️ You will receive a notification when your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, and another when your return is processed. It can take up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.
