Between purchase and delivery we will keep you updated on your order's status by email. We will send the following notices:
- Order confirmation - confirms the placement of your purchase
- Dispatch confirmation - confirms the shipment of your purchase, and includes a tracking number/link
- Transit notification* - notifies you when your order is scanned by the parcel carrier
- Delivery notification - confirms the arrival of your purchase at the address provided at checkout

Certain shipping partners will perform an initial scan later in the parcel's journey. Don't be alarmed if there are no updates on the tracking information 72 hours after dispatch.
For standard delivery options, your national postal service provider will only have information about your parcel once it has cleared inbound customs. The customs inspection process can take up to two weeks depending on the destination country.
